The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. , the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to work during my business trip.

This hotel boasts a great location, with fantastic views of the surrounding area. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a fresh and clean feel. the breakfast buffet is of a high standard, with a good range of fresh and regional products on offer.

The lack of air conditioning was disappointing, especially in the summer months. A fan in the room wasn't sufficient to cool down the temperature.

The view from the room was spectacular, with a balcony overlooking the vines, exactly what you want when in Barolo country. The room itself was really spacious and fully equipped, offering basic amenities and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options, including some amazing cheeses that the owner personally picked out. All in all, our stay at this hotel was superb.
